Several possibilities...

This is a tough one. Even if we restrict the search to the military field, we come up with several acronyms. Here is a run down:

"NOC: Network Operations Center"

For this possibility, I would suggest MARKAZ ‘AMALIYYAT AL-SHABAKA
مركز عمليات الشبكة

"NOC: Network Operating Center"

For this possibility, I would suggest MARKAZ TASHGHEEL AL-SHABAKA
مركز تشغيل الشبكة

NOC: Two possibilities: “Not Otherwise Coded” or “Naval Ordnance Center”

For the first possibility, I would suggest GHAYR MRMOOZA
غير مرموزة

For the second possibility, I would suggest MARKAZ AL-ASLIHA AL-BAHRIYYA

You are probably in a better position than I am to choose the most appropriate meaning, since you have the entire context.

British Special Air Services (SAS) and Italian Abbreviation

Greetings / tahaiya tayyiba wa b3ad...

In view of the context of this and your earlier posts, the full and correct name of that British Army unit is most likely the Special Air Services (aka "SAS").

The unit's formal designation is [ 22d SAS Regiment ]. The regiment is based in Hereford, UK. The impressive members of that "special mission unit" are very well trained in a number of specialties and capabilities.

I have no idea about that Italian unit, and the capitalized initials shown suggest that it may well be an acronym for Italian terms.

Hope this helps at least with clarifying the designation of the British unit mentioned.

Is your source document for translation a newspaper article or what type of item?

Khair, bidhin Allah.
