agree  islam hamidul: শ্লেষ্মাযুক্ত নাক as proposed by Mr.Saleh Chowdhury is a more appropriate description that applies to sheep As "Snotty" refers to "Mucus" in realtion to Sheep.

  -> Thank you! But this very specific term is not commonly used. So, I suggested the most common term (নোংরা নাক) at first and then suggested the more specific one!
