Context 1:
Competent Technical Department
Organizational *function* competent for a specific product or service, responsible for assessing new technologies and related products, and for the technical assessment of suppliers and relevant offers, in cooperation with the company *functions* concerned.

Context 2:
Issuing the qualification request
The Category Manager is responsible for identifying the suppliers to be qualified and the necessary evaluations, according to the defined criteria (Annex 1 - “Suppliers Qualification - Application Methods and Perimeter”) and based upon these input and situations:
Proposal from a Company’s *Function* or qualification campaign (Sourcing);

Context 3:
In case an ethical reliability and/or economic-financial evaluation is required, a copy of the qualification request and subsequently of the Questionnaire is also sent in advance to the Treasure and Credit Control *Function*.
