抱歉，Kevin. 我曾试过GB2312 和 BG5，就是没试HZ。现在用HZ可以看，谢谢您。

不过，我比较倾向于Bin Li 的译法。

这里谈论的是微处理器中的监测电路问题。"active low"和"active high"也写做"active-low""active-high"，是指监测电路中的两类复位脉冲，其中的"low"与"high"是指复位脉冲的电平门限。而"active"在这里的意思是“有效”、“起作用的”。所谓"active-low"是指复位脉冲为低电平时，被视为有效，系统对其作出反应。
