Notes to answerer
Asker: I think Jarv might be right, as it is a term in a job description for a role in a cafe. I put forward送餐, but the client has not come back to either confirm or reject it.

Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer)
disagree  Thomas Chen: As it is in HR aspect, I do not think it is not necessarily related to food delivery.

-> I guess you probably missed the other posts by Ms. Su. By the way, "planning for local events" doesn't belong with HR. It's something like catering. It is very common in Western society to order catering services for family or public occasions.
