Explanation:
The term "reader" is often translated as "聚合器" (aggregator, see wikipedia) as well. Also, it is OK to leave "Feed" or "RSS" in English. (e.g. RSS 閱讀器). Note that there happens to be a feed reader called "FeedReader", which is a product name and should not be translated.

BTW, the Chinese characters are in Traditional Chinese.
