"you want to have paid" is okay too in colloquial English. Poor grammar, but understandable nevertheless... Folksy language in other words.

My thought on this: arid is a type for and. With it being "and", the whole thing makes a lot more sense, although it's still a run-on sentence: "You owe what you owe; Before this tan has faded, you wish you had paid". Run-on sentences are okay orally.

I've found the text on the internet. 'arid' seems to be correct. This sentence is hard to understand, even for a 'native speaker'. Try English mono? Someone there might be familiar with the text? you could just try a kudoz on 'arid' and see what happens..

看来，在这戏的这个场景里有三个人物，大、小克里斯和约翰。前两者胁迫后者付钱。也许是设局敲榨金钱的情况。显然约翰先被制住，小克里斯搜他的身，发现他身上有不少钱，蛮惊奇有人那么大胆身怀巨款走夜路的。大克里斯当然乐坏了。麻烦的是，满口粗俗、不合语法的言语，不好翻译。“You owe what you owe arid before this tan has faded, you want to have paid.” 在上下文里还是看不出蹊跷。最好让大家知道前头发生了些什幺事，知道为什么约翰受到敲榨，这样或许可以找到解答。
