Although condominium can also be the building that contains condominium apartments, here I'd like to know, how to best translate condominium as an apartment, not as the whole building.

Please, don't simply give the English pronounciation written in Chinese for condo!

A condominium is a form of ownership, where the owner owns (= holds title to) an apartment plus partially owns (= has an interest in) common areas of the building.

GONG-GUAN seems to mean "jointly managed", which doesn't really point out the OWNERSHIP of the apartment by the buyer. After all, a co-op is jointly managed, too, but the buyer there is just a shareholder, not an owner. Anyway, this seems to be the term used/understood in Chinese most commonly, so I had to accept it.

But as far as Big5 Traditional Chinese, I had to set my browser to GB2312 Chinese Simplified, in order to read it correctly. The text was converted from Simplified Chinese to Traditional, which program in this case missed at least 1 character: ZHONG (kind) in line 4 right, the 2nd character after "Co-owner, Co-operative". This ZHONG is still the simplified form. I don't know, what program you used to convert it, but all converted characters also appear smaller and squeezed together. But regarding the CODING, it was GB and not BIG5. Just to let you know. So I'll have to find the Big5 for it myself, but I will.
