I also declare that, following Art. 11, comma 3 of Entrepreneurial Law, to not be a member of Union Board or another control organism of this legal person, that there is no obstacle opposing me in order to further my entrepreneurial activity according to disposition of Art.8 of Entrepreneurial Law and that is not being revoked, as a physical person, entrepreneurial license according to Art. 58, comma 2-4 of Entrepreneurial Law in the same sector, or in a similar sector to licenses in the one-year span following the entrance into judgment of the deliberation on the revocation of entrepreneurial license.
