Pokud zakladatelka/majitelka svůj podnik odkáže, už při tom počítá s výjimkou z darovací daně a s nezdanitelnou částkou na dědickou daň ("unified credit").

(odhad významu celé věty, snad to v kontextu dává smysl?)
