Sinoatriální uzel (SA uzel) - útvar ležící v pravé síni v blízkosti vústění dutých žil (tzv. sinus venosus), je řídící součástí převodního systému srdečního. Dochází v něm k spontánní tvorbě vzruchů, které se následně šíří po celém srdci a vyvolávají srdeční stah.
