Velkommen til [name of country]

"Velkommen til Danmark"

is what most Danes would say to someone arriving in Denmark - so it's up to you to substitute the name of the country in question.

If, for some reason, you don't want to use the name of the country, you could also say

"Velkommen her til landet"

- But I would definitely use the first phrase.
