Does anyone have a good expression for moist when it is used in cakes. I know exactly what it means, but don't know what the Dutch expression would be. "The chocolate cake was served with cream and had a lovely texture, the cake was nice and moist due to the melted chocolate inside".

'een zachte cake' hoor en proef ik wel vaak,
'smeuïg' voegt hier echter nog de betekenis van 'vettig' aan toe, en lijkt me dus geschikter.
