حد امكان دانش آموزان داراي مشكلات خاص همچون دانش آموزان مرزي به مدار س
عادي راهنمايي شوند و در مدارس عادي مانند ديگر دان ش آموران بدون مشكل به
تحصيل اشتغال داشته باشند زيرا در آن صورت هم از امكانات عمومي و آموزش و
پرورش عادي بهره مند مي شوند و هم تحت تاثير بر چسب استثناي ي بودن و متفاوت
بودن، قرارنمي گيرند. اين عمل كه در اصطلاح فني عادي سازي، يكپارچه سازي ،و يا
آموزش فراگير نام گرفته است
