English term or phrase: A Two By Three Cell
Hello,

See https://www.dropbox.com/s/lomo058zaizbwbc/A Two By Three Cel... and the 13:58 mark here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__7xB5OyzFo. This is from an episode of the Persian serial "Javedaanegi." According to the English subtitles, the man is saying "Mr. Tondgouyan was kept in a two by three cell." I can only hear "selul-e." Thank you.
