Sophie Devidze Georgia ASKER an agent behind a counter! 07:56 Feb 14, 2011  it is not very clear whether the contractor has a shop or something alike, but they have an office within a territory of a marketplace, so I think this is very likely to be a person behind a counter. thank you, please submit your answer. Edward Plaisance Jr it is clear now... 06:44 Feb 14, 2011  A possible meaning for counteragent can be "an agent/employee who works behind an counter and deals with customers"...for example, the people who check in customers at the airport are counteragents...this however is not the meaning here.
