Explanation:
It can be another option.
Because the patterns mentioned in the question are to be of negative nature, I think مزمن is better as it has a negative connotative meaning.
Besides, I think we use نهادینه کردن for positive behaviors.

The following ones are suggested by Mr. Emami:

الگوهای رفتاری تثبیت شده is "established patterns of behavior".
الگوهای رفتاری شکل گرفته is "formed patterns of behavior".

You can google them and you will find so many pages.

Finally الگوهای رفتاری تغییرناپذیر is totally wrong since entrenched patterns of behavior can be uncovered and destabilized. Here is the quote: "...change in ideas is a tool we use to uncover and destabilize entrenched patterns and to foster the healing processes of catharsis and internalization."

I personally believe الگوهای رفتاری نهادینه شده is the best option for "entrenched patterns of behavior". To entrench a behavior is to set it deeply in the character of a person. Please read the definition of entrenched below:

deeply entrenched political views

2. well-established: firmly established and unlikely to change
