I know the words 'pusero' & 'ylaosa', but is there a word 'toppi' or even 'topsi' in Finnish?

Englannin sana 'top' voi oikeastaan tarkoittaa minkälaista yläosaa tahansa, mutta suomeksi toppi on kyllä yleensä hihaton tai olkaimellinen kesäpaita.
