Use a water manometer to measure the vacuum created by the muffler.
Measure the amount of vacuum being developed by the aspirator venturi in the muffler (part number 255270A4).
Install a plug with a test fitting into the aspirator tube downstream of the check valve assembly.
Clamp the plug into the tube to assure an air tight connection.
(Dead head the aspirator air flow to measure the vacuum being created by the venturi).
Attach a 1 meter (36-inch) U-tube manometer to the test fitting.
