je dirais bousculer ou faire valser les taux directeurs...

Mais je n'y connais rien...

Cela dit il me semble que le fait de changer un taux directeur de manière inattendue peut en revanche créer un choc psychologique sur les marchés et avoir des conséquences importantes.
