English term or phrase: Lag matrix

From a financial software manual. Lag is referring to the delay between key rate and rate changes.
Sentence reads "The Lag Matrix provides a way to tell the system about such lagging effects, so you do not have to create and manually enter data for extra key rates that lag changes in other key rates." I was thinking "Matrice de retard" or "Matrice de decalage" but that seems really literal, is there a term for Lag Matrix in French?
