English term or phrase: DSC
When referring to a back load mutual fund, the abbreviation DSC is placed in parentheses. I found FVD as an equivalent in a French prospectus, but I was wondering if someone couls confirm this. Thank you in advance... and this is my last question. All those who answered my previous questions were a great help!

DSC = Deferred sales charges

Explanation:
According to my glossaries, DSC stands for "Deferred sales charges" and FVD for "Frais de vente différés".

Hope it helps.

DSC

Explanation:
DSC stands here for DISCOUNTED CASH FLOWS, being future cash flows multiplied by discount factors (usually X-amount of 1 $) to obtain present values.
FVD as a French equivalent could indeed be accepted, but I haven't encountered it as such (yet).

Kind regards,
Evert Deloof-Sys
