Hello everybody,

I have to translate a list of so-called awards given to employees who achieved good performances. One of them (a telesales executives) has achieved "dashboard results" and I am not sure what this expression means. Can anyone give me any explanations?
For help, the whole sentence:
Reached the best KPI – Dashboard results (i.e. customer contacts XX%) and best Sales Efficiency
