English to French Other Business/Commerce (general) sales agent agreement

Il s´agit d´un contrat entre un agent commercial et une société (XXX) qui autorise ce dernier à vendre ses produits.
Je ne comprends pas bien la structure de la fin de la phrase...

Contexte:

COMMISSION:

a) Agent will receive the commission for all orders accepted by xxx and fully paid for by customers as defined in Exhibit ____. Commission for orders accepted directly by xxx for Products in the Territory according to Section 1b) is defined in Exhibit ______. For the avoidance of doubt no commission will be paid to Agent on sales within the Territory of the products by OEMs.
