I had just finished my 3,5 yrs term as a feature film commissioner at the Film Institute and managed to work for a few months starting up the *** Film Production unit in Stockholm as a producer and was in the process of putting together a slot of several feature films in development.

Voici mes suggestions... Mais si "feature film" veut dire "long-métrage", en revanche je n'ai pas trouvé de véritable exemple de traduction pour "commissioner"... On retrouve partout l'expression "membre de la commission" :
