Sometimes 'at a price' means 'expensive', but here it is clear it means 'cheap'!

Obviously the rest of the phrase you'll need to adapt to suit what you do with the rest of the sentence. Hint: I think I'd tend to get right away from the EN structure.

Oxford's definition of "at a price" is "requiring great expense or involving unwelcome consequences", but that is quite obviously not what the writer meant here, as Tony has already pointed out. The only reasonable interpretation is that a favourable price is desired, which is what Tony and Nadia have already suggested.

So this is just another suggestion for saying the same thing.
