Ah, that extra context makes a significant difference!
The key point here is that it is 'the<:b> electricity parallel run" — so exactly as Patrick and I have already said, it is really nothing per se to do with the electricity being in parallel with anything else, but rather 'a parellel run' of 2 things — just as a company might do a 'cheque run' at the end of the month to pay its suppliers — or a 'wages run' to pay its employees.
It's not clear from the context we have where the 'electricity' comes in — it seems it must be soemthing specific to do with this company; perhaps they have to perform 2 separate runs of soemthing — pensions? — and one of them relates to the electrical dept. or something?
Of course, we might have more idea if we knew what sort of business this company is in, and what if any connection it has with 'electricity'? |
