the control unit may be configured to determine, among the given combinations, the combination in which a total amount of the reflected wave and the through wave detected by the backward power detection unit of each of the radio-frequency power units is smallest.

Such a configuration allows each of the radio-frequency power units to radiate the radio-frequency power to the heating chamber independently from one another, thereby facilitating the detection of the reflected wave and the through wave.
