J'imagine que le "we" fait référence à la plate-forme InterTrader, mentionnée dans les questions précédentes et qu'il s'agit de produits structurés. Or ces derniers ont une particularité: en général, ils sont émis par une entité (banque ou autre intermédiaire financier) qui tient un marché secondaire pour la revente. Du coup, ils ne sont pas "mobiles". Par exemple, si une banque X émet un produit structuré au profit d'un investisseur, ce dernier ne peut pas transférer cet actif vers un portefeuille qu'il détient dans une banque Y.
