dans un document d'assurances (sinistre automobile) :
we have received a claim advice regarding an accident occurred in SPain. in view thereof, we would appreciate receiving your instructions as to whether we can handle this claim on your behalf, according to the Uniform Agreement between bureaus.

Oui merci. J'ai juste fais une petite nuance entre 'nous avons été informés d'une réclamation' et 'nous avons reçu une réclamation'

déclaration de sinistre

claim= revendication, plainte mais ça n'a pas l'air d'être utilié dans le vocabulaire des assurances

The difference between a "claim advice form" and the present case of "claim advice" is that it does not relate to the original loss notification, but to this claim being passed to another office for handling, so it is not a "claim advice form" or a loss notification, it is not the same stage in the handling of the file.
