Corporate Sourcing Contract

English term or phrase: Corporate Sourcing Contract
Dear colleagues,
I am translating this contract and I have not found a valid orthodox translation of that title.
In order not to waste time, I opted for "Contrat d'approvisionnement" and processed the other segments accordingly. However, this contract is about travel services and "Approvisionnement" doesn't sound too correct to my ear as this is a contract with an airline company that would provide flights to the employees of a certain company with agreed upon discounts!
Has anybody among you got stuck in a situation like this and found a way out of it? (I mean Translation, not Travel :))
Thank you in advance for your insights.
Cordially,

corporate sourcing contract
Contrat d'externalisation de services

Explanation:
In the context of service providers, "sourcing" refers to the choice an increasing number of companies make, which is to not make a task internally, buy externally. They hire a Freelance Consultant to do the job, he's an expert in his field and he's a cheap labor force (as every Freelancer is), so this is very interesting for every company.

neutral  Daryo: from the viewpoint of the client it is "outsourcing" OTOH not sure if it's the best title for the contract.
