I have to translate this sentence but am not sure how to translate "filed herein" in the following context:
"Upon reading the Minute of Order filed herein, a copy of which is annexed hereto".
This is a general order leading to a Consent order. The order mentioned in the sentence is the COnsent order which follows the General Order.
