reasonable

English to French Law/Patents Law (general)

Hello,

I am translating a contract and the word "reasonable" is often used, e.g.

"In fulfilment of this objective, COMPANY shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure..."
or
"The COMPANY shall not unreasonably reject or delay the application..."

Is it OK to use "raisonnable" "raisonnablement" and "déraisonnable" in this contexte?
Or would something like "excessif" be better?
