neutral  Michel A.: Dans ce contexte, je ne comprends pas bien ce que cela veut dire : "il ne s'agit pas d'une action contre la couronne du chef du gouvernement......" une action initiée par le gouv. brit.. contre la couronne ou le gouv. de gib., ça n'a pas de sens !

agree  Robert Frankling: In theory the Crown is not divisible. In practice the Crown "in right of" (au chef de) a particular jurisdiction may be held responsible, allowing one to sue the Crown in UK, for instance, but not in Gibraltar.
