Peut-être pourriez-vous donner toute la phrase?

English term (edited): 3 or 4 or more stops under
Selected

peut sous-exposer de 3 ou 4 diaphragmes OU stops, voire plus

stop here = f-stop (as used in photography)

under clearly refers to under-exposing

GDT suggest diaphragme for stop, though please note, the jargony style of your document suggests that the more modern "franglais" stop would probably also be suitable.

However, as Stéphanie says, it needs more complete context to see exactly how to work this into your sentence as a whole, what I've put above is just one suggestion, working on the rather scant context you've given us.

Possibly a more idiomatic way of expressing it might be "(machin-bidule-truc) permet une sous-exposition de 3 ou 4 stops, voire plus"
