Il s'agit d'un texte sur le cancer en Afrique, et je ne vois pas le sens de ce mot ?? De même, le sens de la partie "the dying were removed outside the compound" m'achappe. Merci pour vos lumières !!

Quand j'étais en Ethiopie, c'est comme cela que l'on appelait l'enceinte de l'hôpital où j'ai séjourné (qui était constitués de quelques barraques !) d'Addis Abeba.
