Explanation:
obstruction de l'extrémité du cathéter par un caillot de fibrine.
Personnellement ce qui me pose pb c'est "clot and fibrinous debris". Caillot/fibrine, c'est y pas du pareil au même ? ;-).
"ball valving" : c'est une obstruction par le matériel de caillotage qui fait "clapet" quand on tire sur le piston de la seringue.
