cône Jacobs (for jacobs drill)
Explanation:
jacobs drill could be "cône Jacobs", that can be adapted on chucks (mandrins)
I saw also "jacobs chuck" (mandrin de Jacobs)

for the last expression, I doubt about the convenient formula...

scrub technician/scrub technologist/operating room technician seem to be
\"technicien en salle d\'operation\"
(be carefull, scrub nurse also exists ans is \"infirmière instrumentaliste\", but this qualification requires a nursing diploma, technician is more general)
but I don\'t know where the term \"stérile\" must go since the operating room is already a sterile area.....

infirmière instrumentiste, sorry!
