bride aveugle , bride pleine

blinding : "isolement d'un appareil ou d'une section de tuyauterie ... par bride ou joint plein", according to Fabio Zubini's "Termes Pétroliers" technical dictionary.
So : "bride pleine" or "bride aveugle".

(What I mean is - what are you talking about when you say you \"still have to combine this ... with the translation of \"grommet\" ? There is presumably a \"full\" ring (= anneau, rondelle) on whatever it is, \"full\" - i.e. blind - in the sense that it is not pierced.)
Something went wrong...
2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you for your answer. I could not agree more for "bride pleine" or "bride aveugle". Still I have to combine this "bride pleine" or "bride aveugle" with the translation of "grommet". Any clue?"
