English term or phrase: Relative Disturbance Gain (RDG)
The ultimate goal of this project is the application of controllability analysis techniques over the whitewater network of a newsprint mill. A systematic procedure based on empirical and deterministic methods and that involves integration of steady state and dynamic analysis is to be developed using process simulation, process information systems, and various controllability indices such as the Relative Gain Array (RGA), Condition Number (CN), Relative Disturbance Gain (RDG), and Niederlinski Index (NI).

Gain de Bruit Relatif

Usually "Disturbance" in French would mean "Nuisance".

My Uasge of "Bruit", which means "noise" in French, is related to the "technical noise" term which refers to parasitic disturbance, as known in electronic instrumentation.

Hope this works.
