Je laisserais de côté le "time" ou "temporelle" évident dans le contexte pour mentionner plutôt le rôle de la fenêtre qui autorise la mise en place de modifications du code, par opposition aux "freeze periods" qui l'interdisent.
Pour moi d'ailleurs une "time window" étant le pendant exact d'une "freeze period", je ne vois pas pourquoi les termes anglais sont différents et j'utiliserais "fenêtre d'autorisation" et "fenêtre d'interdiction"
