railroaded vs up the bolt (or the roll)

English term or phrase: railroaded vs up the bolt (or the roll)
This refers to the disposition of the pattern of the fabric. For explanations, see, for example : https://www.sailrite.com/What-is-Railroaded-Fabric
I don't find the French terms.
Is there more specific terms than "en parallèle" and "en perpendiculaire"?
Thanks in advance!

Barré vs rayé

Explanation:
