ich verstehe wirklich nicht, was der Satz bedeuten soll

es gehr nicht um die Worte, sonst um den gemeinsamen Sinn

Obwohl es mit einem blablabla ausgerüstet ist, so ist es von mechanischer Seite ein Standardfahrzeug.

Das ist also ein "Understatement-Fahrzeug".
Wie ein heißgemachter Manta, der wie ein Serienfahrzeug aussieht, jedoch ein paar kleine Extras (und vermutlich mehr PS) hat, die von außen halt nicht erkennbar sind.

agree  Herbert Fipke: "louvred" soll wohl "lowered" heissen. Und wenn 100M ein Modell ist, ist man schon da... Die Marke zu wissen wäre nicht schlecht...
