4 +2 | ausstreichen vs. ausplattieren |
|
ausstreichen vs. ausplattieren Explanation: Ausstreichen macht man meistens mit einer Impföse (einzelne Striche), Ausplattieren z. B. mit einem Drigalskispatel (gleichmäßig auf der Platte verteilen). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 16 mins (2013-10-30 09:49:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.nugi-zentrum.de/experimente/mikrobiologie/kultivi... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 mins (2013-10-30 09:52:18 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Du hast aber Recht, dass im Deutschen sich niemand wundern würde, wenn er "die Bakterien wurden mit einem Drigalskispatel gleichmäßig auf der Platte ausgestrichen" lesen würde. Ich würde bei "ausstreichen" immer das Werkzeug dazu schreiben, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 20 mins (2013-10-30 09:54:07 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Und als letzte Anmerkung: In deinem konkreten Fall passt "durch Ausstreichen oder Ausplattieren" sehr gut, finde ich. |
