A means by which the US government enforces compliance (sort of a "big stick"); from what I can tell, it's used exclusively in the health care/pharma sector.

There is no context to speak of, the text merely states that the company operates under a corporate integrity agreement, then moves on to other topics.

Google, when set to German pages, does not produce any hits on "corporate integrity agreement", but rather switches back to showing English pages which contain the term.

I'm not interested in a literal translation (I can come up with one of my own), but I was wondering if anyone's encountered the term in their work, if it was translated (if so, how), or if it was left in English. (In fact, the latter option would be my inclination since it does seem to be specific to the US.)
