" ... is a leading Electronics Design and Manufacture consultancy specialising in the provision of Information and M&A services to its Global OEM/Brand Name and CEM Electronics Manufacture client base in more than 30 countries."
Does OEM/CEM stand for Open/Closed Economic Markets - and does it stay the same in German? As for M&A, any suggestions will be gratefully received.

M&A = Mergers & Acquisitions = Fusionierung & Kauf/Erwerb von Firmen

OEM = Original equipment manufacturer = OEM-Hersteller, Orginalhersteller

CEM = Contract Electronic Manufacture = Elektronik Vertragshersteller
