vielen Dank - auch für die Übersetzung des ganzen Satzes, die mir sehr geholfen hat! (ich denke nur, es sollte an dieser Stelle nicht "überschreiten" heißen, da der Wert der Aktienoption genau 100% der Bezüge entspricht - hat aber nichts mit der Frage zu tun).
