Ausschreibung: es geht um die Bietungsgarantie.
"A participant of the underbidding has to present a guarantee of EUR XXXX as stated in paragraph 7.1.3) to ensure the performance of duties by the tenderer."

Was ist hier denn bitte mit Underbidding gemeint?? Ich finde immer nur unterbietend...
