bietet Bestellungen aus einer Hand
Explanation:
"single-source" is mostly translated as "aus einer Hand" - it's related to the one-stop shopping principle, i.e. where one service provider can offer not just one service, but all sorts of related services (for instance, not just letters, but parcels, value logistics, heavy goods logistics, airfreight, oceanfreight, direct marketing, logistics financing etc.) so that the customer does not have to approach several different companies.

Bestellung bei einem einzigen Lieferanten

Explanation:
i.e., the customer can order all of his medical requirements from a single source or supplier.

cap I was trying to find a shorter way of saying this, but "Einzellieferant" can possibly lead to misunderstandings, as it also is defined as "sole supplier", which is not the same thing as a single source.
