Wenn die Aufsichtsratsmitglieder schon genannt sind, wer sind dann die supervisory directors? Ist das vielleicht eine besondere niederländische Eigenheit? Gibt es zum Aufsichtsrat dazu noch andere supervisory directors?

neutral  Britta Anion (X): tut mir leid, aber die "Manager" sind doch schon extra als managing directors erwähnt. Ich fürchte die Supervisory Directors bilden wirklich noch eine spezielle übergeordnete Kontrollinstanz.

  -> ja, nur sind "managing directors" eben Geschäftsführer, während es danach immer noch eine ganze Anzahl von anderen Direktoren geben kann, die in Wirklichkeit keine Direktoren sind, sondern nur den Tirel tragen.
